We’re all in this together and with that in mind, we’re helping to flatten the curve through work at home for our team with a prohibition on work travel. Our office is being rigorously cleaned and disinfected.
We know this is an extraordinarily difficult time in the world right now. But we believe in resilience as inspired by our ancestors and the many generations that have kept this weaving tradition up to this present time. In response to COVID-19, we are being flexible with some of our policies.
Our team is busy with your order, but please note that our carrier partners are currently experiencing a larger than normal package volume. As a result, we cannot guarantee order delivery times, but please know that we’re working to deliver to your items as soon as possible. We have limited the schedule of fulfillment to once week (typically on Fridays) to keep our staff safe.
We’ve extended our return policy. Effective March 20th, eligible* items will be authorized for return within 60 days of delivery. *Items must be unwashed with tags attached. Final sale items are excluded.
